About Stuart Wemyss

Stuart Wemyss was born in Geelong, Victoria in 1974. After completing his schooling in Geelong and one year in the UK (Ilkley, Yorkshire), Stuart joined the Royal Australian Army via the Ready Reserve Scheme. This involved him completing one year of full-time service and 3 year part-time (while attending university) in the Infantry Corps – 49th Battalion Royal Queensland Regiment. This invaluable experience taught him many valuable 'life' lessons like discipline and tenacity but nothing relating to money, other than how to spend it! After 3 years of study in 1996, Stuart graduated from Deakin University (Geelong) with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting, Economics and Commercial Law.
